When you email or call us, we naturally see the details you provide (name, email, phone, the content of your message). We use them only to reply to you.
Our website hosting provider may keep technical logs, such as IP address, access date and time, requested page and browser information, for website security and reliable delivery.
Legal basis and retention
We process the contact details you provide in order to respond to your request and, where needed, to provide legal services or comply with legal obligations. Technical logs are used for website security and operation. We keep data only for as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.
Cookies & local storage
We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. We only use the following:
- Necessary consent cookie: stores whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies so we do not show the same notice on every page. It does not store personally identifiable information.
- Language preference: if you consent to preferences, we store whether you selected Greek or English in your browser.
- Google Maps: if you consent to the Google Maps category, we load the embedded map from Google.
If you reject optional cookies, we do not store the language preference and we do not load the embedded Google Maps map.
You can change your choices at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or by clearing the cookies in your browser.
Third-party resources
We load fonts from Google Fonts. Google may log your IP address as part of the normal operation of the internet. The embedded Google Maps map loads only if you accept it in cookie preferences. Google may then process technical data such as your IP address and use its own cookies. If you choose the directions link, Google Maps will open as an external service.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing and port your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent or to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
